After meeting with stakeholders about desired outcomes, I put together content for a hands-on workshop series that spanned several weeks.

Facilitated hands-on workshop activities such as proto-personas, journey mapping, and design sessions to help all roles on a team work together.

Facilitated a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) retrospective to create an action plan with the teams.

• After the workshop series, I observed scrum meetings and had one on ones with individual team members to pinpoint issues the team was having.
• Each session was tailored to fit the specific needs of the team.
• The retrospective was the best way to get the entire team on the same page and to agree on an action plan.
